Register online for District 196's Community Education courses for winter 2012.

All ages can learn a new hobby like woodcarving, knitting, crocheting, pottery, drawing, painting, photography, jewelry making and cooking.

Many classes will fill by the day of the class, so pre-registration is recommended.

Register by Jan. 18 for a $2 discount on many classes. Senior adults, age 55 and older, can get a 10 percent discount on some classes.

Register online here. You also can register by phone, mail, fax or in person. There is a secure drop-box in the front of the Community Education office at 15180 Canada Ave. in Rosemount.

The winter 2012 Community Education catalog will be mailed to District 196 residents after Jan. 3. It will also be available at many locations throughout the community.
