Dakota County's Most Wanted—Oct. 13, 2012

An Apple Valley man recently accused of beating two toddlers with a belt has been added to the list.

Carlton Raymond Lewis II, 23, is wanted on two warrants: felony malicious punishment of a child and gross misdemeanor giving a peace officer a false name. He stands 5 feet 9 inches and weighs 168 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Lewis is known to frequent Apple Valley. Dakota County Jail

William Eliseo Zelaya, 24, is wanted for probation violation. He stands 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is known to frequent the St. Paul area. Credit Dakota County Jail
Jaime Vincente Murillo, 38, is wanted for second-degree assault with a deadly weapon and domestic abuse. He is a white male who stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. He has black hair and green eyes. Credit Dakota County Jail
Darius Antwoin Brown, 39, wanted for fleeing police in a motor vehicle, felony domestic assault — violation of an order for protection, and probation violation. Warrant issued on June 3. Brown is 5 feet 11 inches tall, with brown hair and eyes. Credit Dakota County Jail
A warrant is out for Karla Fabiola Sanchez, 26, who is charged with fourth-degree assault on a peace officer. Sanchez is approximately five feet, six inches tall and weighs 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Sanchez is known to frequent St. Paul. Credit Dakota County Jail
Johnny Rambahal, 25, is wanted on two counts of probation violation. He stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Credit Dakota County Jail
Clifford Allen Jenkins Weems, 45, is wanted for first-degree criminal sexual conduct — a crime allegedly perpetrated on a person aged 13 to 15 years. He stands 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 205 pounds. Weems has been known to use "Allen J Kendall" as an alias. Credit Dakota County Jail

An Apple Valley man recently charged with five felonies for allegedly beating two toddlers with a belt has been added to the Dakota County Sheriff's Department's most wanted list.

According to a Dakota County Attorney's Office criminal complaint released last month, Carlton Raymond Lewis II, 23, was charged with two counts of malicious punishment of a child causing bodily harm, two counts of third-degree assault and one count of child neglect in the case.  He is also charged with one gross misdemeanor count of malicious punishment of a child.

Lewis is being sought on a nationwide warrant in the case. He also is being sought on a warrant for giving a peace officer a false name, a gross misdemeanor in another incident.
