Editor’s Note: The following information is a press release from the Rosemount Police Department that appears on the city’s website.

The Rosemount Police Department takes an active approach to make the community aware of the risks of domestic violence by holding offenders accountable and supporting victims. The department works with partners that include the courts, the probation system, and advocacy groups.

One of those groups, 360 Communities, operates Lewis House, a safe haven for women and children. The organization recently produced a brief video on the subject, available on YouTube, to explain the efforts of Rosemount Police and 360 Communities.
