Why Go: Literally cool off at this one—District 196's figure skating team presents its annual performance, with this year's theme "A Tribute to Musical Icons." to get ready for this year's show.
Cost: $7 for adults, $5 for students and seniors
When/Where: 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 2 p.m. Sunday;
Why Go: About 110 students are involved in either the cast or crew, and have worked hard to put on a great show for the community. Hear songs like "Matchmaker, Matchmaker" and "If I Were a Rich Man" from this play that was a Tony Award-winner.
When/Where: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday; Rosemount High School
Why Go: Check out crafts from more than 80 vendors during the Spring Craft Show at Rosemount High School. There will be food and a bake sale at the event, which is hosted by the RHS Senior Class Party Committee.

Why Go: Hear 90 college-choir voices sing music from different cultures, including Cuban and Lithuanian music and a Blue Grass Mass written for choir, fiddle, guitar, banjo and mandolin.

Why Go: Parents and residents of District 196 can talk to school representatives about academics, curriculum, testing, higher education preparation, after-school and enrichment programs, nutrition, immunizations, special education and English Language Learner (ELL) services at this fair, as well as learn about services from partner organizations.
