19th Annual Arbor Day Celebration and Tree Giveaway

Starting the day will be a recognition of the importance of Arbor Day with a brief program hosted by Mayor Droste.

Trees from six–to–eight feet in height will be given away to residents of Rosemount.  There will be a variety of tree species available.  The first 180 residents of Rosemount who have proof of residency will receive a tree.  Due to limited quantity, there is a limit of one tree per household.

Due to the sensitive nature of bare root trees, they will need to be planted within 24 hours of the giveaway. And remember to call “Gopher State One Call” 72 hours in advance at 651-454-0002 before you dig!
