MN Heritage: Yucatán Cooking with John Michael Lerma

Explore the scents and taste of the Mexican Yucatán/Mayan region with Chef Lerma, who worked in many restaurants on Isla Mujeres. Menu consists of Pollo en Jugo de Naranja (Chicken in Orange Juice) and Sopa de Lima (Lime Soup). Registration is required. This event is a Minnesota Legacy program.

The first registration date for this event is scheduled for Jan 16 at 10am.
