South of the River Community Band Free Christmas Concert

The South of the River Community Band, consisting of more than 60 members who range in age from teenagers to grandparents, will perform a free Christmas concert from 4p.m. to 5p.m. Sunday, Dec. 12, at Presbyterian Church of the Apostles in Burnsville.
