Two "Lucky Ducks" Arrive at Minnesota Zoo

According to KARE 11, two ducks have found a new home and new love at the Minnesota Zoo in Apple Valley.

The feathered friends were found separately in Maple Grove and Golden Valley. Both had serious injuries and were brought to nearby Animal Humane Society locations.

The ducks are part of a species called the Lesser Scaup, and migrate from as far away as Central America and frequently dive for their food.
