Business Briefs: Flooring Expo Holds Grand Opening

In recent Apple Valley business news:

• A Flooring Expo store has gone in between the and craft store near 147th Street West and Cedar Avenue, and has had its grand opening. Flooring Expo has five Twin Cities location including Apple Valley, and offers carpet, hardwood, tile, vinyl and laminate flooring. Previously in the space, which is now smaller because Buffalo Wild Wings expanded, was a Carpets Plus Color Tile store.

• near 149th Street West and Granada Avenue is slated to expand into the State Farm Insurance offices that previously were next door, according to the Apple Valley Chamber of Commerce.

• The Nystrom & Associates outpatient mental health and chemical dependency clinic has expanded its Apple Valley location into more space in the Merchants Bank building, according to a press release; the expansion is meant to accommodate the company's growth and create job opportunities.
