Hundreds Get a Taste of Chick-Fil-A Tuesday Night
A community event introduced the chicken chain to the neighborhood.
Hundreds of people made a trip to Johnny Cake Ridge Park Tuesday night for chicken sandwiches and hot air balloon rides.
Chick-Fil-A held a community event from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the park featuring games, prizes, music, hot air balloon rides, and of course, some of its Signature Chicken Sandwiches.
Hundreds formed in various lines under the summer sun, welcoming Apple Valley's soon-to-be restaurant location. Construction is currently underway, with the restaurant expected to open in October.
