Paragon Outlet Mall Groundbreaking Scheduled on June 4

Paragon officials are expected to unveil on Tuesday which brands and companies will locate in the soon-to-be-built mall.

Paragon Outlet Partners, LLC., the developer behind a new outlet mall coming to Eagan's Cedar Grove neighborhood, is ready to move dirt.

At 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 4, Eagan Mayor Mike Maguire and Paragon Outlet Partners Principal Robert Brvenik will host a ground-breaking ceremony at the outlet mall site along Cedar Grove Parkway in Eagan.

During the groundbreaking, Paragon will unveil which brands and companies will occupy the roughly 100 shops that will be constructed as part of the 409,000-square-foot complex. Paragon officials have already named Saks Off 5th as an anchor for the upscale outlet center, which is slated to open in Aug. 2014.

The project is expected to bring as many as 2,000 jobs to the area.
