Manhole Work to Cause Lane Closures on Cedar Avenue

Apple Valley will be replacing about 25 manhole covers by early June.

Apple Valley's Cedar Avenue will see lane closures as the city replaces about 25 manhole covers.

The work is expected to be completed by early June, the Star Tribune reported. The cost to the city will be between $3,000 and $5,000.

The new cast iron covers will fit more smoothly with the road surface.
