Apple Valley's iMassage Owner Found Dead in Eagan Home

Eagan police responded to a call about a possible death on Monday night, whom they determined to be Andy Ming-Lueng Kor.

An Apple Valley business owner was found dead in his home on Monday night, according to the Eagan Police Department.

Officers were called to the 2000 block of Royale Drive in Eagan at 10:37 p.m. Monday about a possible death, and found iMassage owner Andy Ming-Lueng Kor, 55, dead in the home, EPD Public Information Officer Danielle Anselment said.

Police said the situation did not seem suspicious, Anselment said. They don't suspect foul play, she said. Officers won't investigate the matter further.

Police aren't releasing details about the nature of the incident, Anselment said.

Kor's body was sent to the Dakota County Medical Examiner's Office, Anselment said, where an autopsy will be performed.

Kor was charged Friday in Dakota County District Court with one count of disorderly house, after an Apple Valley Police Department investigation showed prostitution activities allegedly were going on at his business, iMassage, which is in Apple Valley's Time Square shopping center.

Kor could have faced a maximum one year in prison and a $3,000 fine if convicted, according to the criminal complaint against him.

Kor's wife, Yin Hsin Chu, who was co-owner of the business, also was charged in connection to the case with one count of prostitution and one count of disorderly house, according to the criminal complaint against her. The prostitution charge carries a maximum $1,000 fine if she's convicted.
