Apple Valley Man Pleads Guilty in Child Sex-Sting Case

Gary Wills Brown, a former Apple Valley insurance broker, pleaded guilty in Ramsey County to planning to take video of he and an 8-year-old girl having sex in a hotel in St. Paul.
