A 19-year-old Eagan man was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, possession of liquor under the age of 21 and a zero-tolerance traffic offense.

A 38-year-old Lonsdale woman was arrested on a fourth-degree DUI charge.

A 23-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested on a charge of giving a false name to police.
