Former Rosemount Resident Faces Charges of Tax Crimes

Pamela Kay Anderson—who now lives in Cape Coral, FL—has been charged with four counts of filing fraudulent tax returns.

A former Rosemount resident has been charged with four tax felonies arising from allegations that she filed fraudulent tax returns, according to a Minnesota Department of Revenue news release.

Pamela Kay Anderson—who now lives in Cape Coral, FL—has been charged with four counts of filing fraudulent tax returns. The 43-year-old is accused of “willfully” filing false income tax returns for tax years 2009 to 2012 by claiming her employers withheld more for state taxes than they actually did. The Revenue Department says Anderson received more than $9,000 in fraudulent refunds as a result.

The charges carry a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
