Police blotter: DUI, Theft and Fraud

A selection of incidents from the Rosemount Police Department the week of Feb. 6-11.

Monday, Feb. 6

4:42 p.m.: Police responded to a school bus stop arm violation at 141st Court West and Shannon Parkway.

11:15 p.m.: Police responded to a domestic assault call in the 2200 block of 140th St. West.

Tuesday, Feb. 7

3:51 p.m.: Police responded to a criminal damage to property call in the 13500 block of Athena Way.

8:18 p.m.: Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 3400 block of 143rd St. West.

10:36 p.m.: Police responded to a call of theft from a vehicle in the 14900 block of Canada Ave.

Wednesday, Feb. 8

3:31 p.m.: Police investigated a report of third degree criminal sexual conduct in the 14500 block of Biscayne Ave.

Thursday, Feb. 9

9:22 p.m.: Police arrested a driver on suspicion of DUI in the fourth degree. The driver was also cited for driving after revocation and no proof of insurance.

Friday, Feb. 10

2:23 p.m.: Police investigated a report of fraud involving the illegal use of a credit card in the 3500 block of 143rd St. West.

2:40 p.m.: Police investigated a report of theft from a vehicle in the 15100 block of Cimmarron Way.

Saturday, Feb. 11

12:53 a.m.: Police arrested a driver on suspicion of DUI in the fourth degree at the intersection of McAndrews Road West and Shannon Parkway.

8:36 p.m.: Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 15500 block of Columbia Court.

9:29 a.m.: Police investigated a report of second-degree criminal sexual conduct in the 12200 block of Akron Ave.

11:20 p.m.: Police arrested a driver on suspicion of third-degree DUI at 120th St. West and Highway 3.
