Police Seek Woman Accused of 'Sexting' Apple Valley Teen
Jessica Ann Ybarra, who now lives in Texas, allegedly sent sexually explicit text messages and photos of her genitals to a 14-year-old Apple Valley boy.
A 30-year-old Texas woman has been charged with using text messages to solicit a 14-year-old Apple Valley boy for sex last fall and winter.
A nationwide warrant has been issued for Jessica Ann Ybarra, who formerly lived in St. Paul but has refused to provide authorities with her new address in Texas. Ybarra faces two felony charges of solicitation of a minor to engage in sexual conduct.
According to the criminal complaint against Ybarra, filed in Dakota County District Court, Apple Valley police received a complaint in the fall about an “inappropriate relationship” between Ybarra and the 14-year-old boy.

The complaint says Ybarra allegedly sent “numerous” sex-related text messages to the boy in February, some of which included pictures of Ybarra's genitals.
Ybarra also is accused of sending the teen a number of sexually explicit letters and notes describing what she would like him to do to her.

The charges each carry a maximum penalty of three years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
