Recap: Sunday's Fatal Shooting in Apple Valley

Find all of Apple Valley Patch's coverage of the incident in which an Apple Valley police officer fatally shot a man who allegedly opened fire during a domestic violence investigation at his home.

On Sunday evening, Apple Valley resident Carl Anthony Tatum, 48, was fatally shot by Officer Tommie Booth after Tatum allegedly shot a gun at Booth during an investigation of domestic violence between Tatum and his girlfriend at their house.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is still investigating the incident.
