A 20-year-old St. Paul man and an 18-year-old Rosemount man were arrested for underage drinking in the 3100 block of Lower 147th Street West. In the same incident, a 17-year-old (juvenile) Lakeville boy was arrested for underage drinking.
A 28-year-old Eagan man was arrested for second-degree DUI at Cliff Road and Robert Trail South.
