Apple Valley Buffalo Wild Wings Adds Dining Area, Will Close Sunday Night Until Friday

The bar and restaurant is taking over part of the space of the former Carpets Plus Color Tile.

in Apple Valley soon will be able to introduce its spectrum of sauces to even larger crowds.

Remodeling is underway to expand the restaurant's dining area into part of the former space next door, providing space for 92 more seats; other upgrades will be added to the whole establishment, according to a press release.

"We know our guests will be thrilled with the improvements we have made," Etheridge said in the release. The restaurant has been in Apple Valley since 1999, and it was time for an upgrade, Etheridge said.

To get everything ready, the entire Buffalo Wild Wings will close at 7 p.m. Sunday, and should reopen Friday evening, Etheridge said.

Additional TVs will be installed to bring the total to 60 screens, and patrons will have 10 more tap beers to choose from—30 in all, according to the press release.

An extra dining room also will allow the restaurant to host more private events, the release said.

After the expansion, the restaurant should be able to accommodate nearly 300 people at a time, according to documents from the Apple Valley City Council.

The expansion also paved the way for 30 new hires, 24 of which have been made, Etheridge said.
