- The National Weather Service is predicting a 20 percent chance of showers before 1 p.m. today, followed by mostly sunny skies with a high near 66. It will be breezy, with northwest winds of 14 to 17 mph, increasing to 26 to 29 mph, with gusts as high as 38 mph. Skies will be partly cloudy tonight, with a low near 44, and continued windy conditions, with gusts as high as 32 mph.
- The Rosemount Port Authority has a “special meeting” scheduled from 1 to 7 p.m. today. The agenda was unavailable.
