Planning Commission to Hold Public Meeting
The hearing is to receive public comment on a proposed tattoo and body piercing amendment.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, March 22, 2011, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to text amendments to Ordinance B, the Zoning Ordinance updating Section 11-2-6 regarding Home Occupations.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the proposed Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments to Section 11-2-6 regarding Home Occupations to prohibit tattoo and body piercing from occurring in individual residences.
Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates.
