Free solar energy workshop on Oct. 4 offers stories and tools to interested residents and businesses.

Join the Metro Clean Energy Resource Team for a free workshop to learn how Rosemount homeowners and businesses have successfully installed solar power systems on their buildings and how you can do the same.

The workshop is planned for 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 4, at the Rosemount Community Center, 13885 South Robert Trail.
