Video: Minnesota Zoo Director Brings Broken Piece of Dolphin Pool to Ask Legislature for $20M

Zoo Director Lee Ehmke used a piece of the dolphin pool that has broken off as visual evidence of the need for money to repair and preserve the zoo's facilities.

Director Lee Ehmke brought a prop with him to the state Capitol on Wednesday to emphasize the need for $20 million in state funding for the zoo.

Ehmke took out a piece of the zoo's dolphin pool that had broken off the exhibit as he spoke about repairing and preserving the zoo's facilities.
