Brief: RHS Grad Plays in Quarterfinals for UNI Football Team

Two Rosemount High School grads have made it pretty far this college football season

Two graduates, who are both playing college football, have made it extremely far this season, and one is still in the running to make it further.

Even though RHS grad Chase Vogler, the quarterback for the Bulldogs, who completed his third amazing season, is out of the race for the DII National Football Championship with the University of Minnesota Duluth; you can watch RHS grad Tim Sauer play right guard for the University of Northern Iowa Football team on Friday on ESPN. Sauer is a junior for the Panthers.

The UNI Panthers won their playoff game on Saturday against the Wofford Terriers 28-21, which means they advance to the quarterfinals against the University of Montana Grizzlies. The game will be played on Friday at 7 p.m. on ESPN in Montana. If they win they will advance to the semifinals next week.
