ADHD, Autism, & Other Disabilities on the Spectrum "Executive Thinking "

Courage Center will address what executive cognitive skills are, why these skills are important, and how you can compensate or improve your skill level. The information will relate to activities of daily living, school, and work. There will be techniques and tools introduced to improve skills level and address time management and how it relates. They will also provide background information and resources.


These meetings are open to everyone in the community!


Adults register at the door. Childcare is available for this program.

Pre-registration is required ONLY for Childcare (6 weeks—12 years old).
