Free Bankruptcy Information Session

The Dakota County Law Library is hosting a free legal information session on Consumer Bankruptcy Basics. The presentation will be given by Maureen L. Ventura, an
attorney who volunteers for the Minnesota Bankruptcy Advice Clinic.

The session will cover: a bankruptcy overview, focusing on how the process works; pros and cons; and what property is generally exempt from creditors.
