School Start Delayed Two Hours for District 196 on Wednesday
Due to weather, all Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan schools will start two hours late.
All District 196 schools will begin two hours later than their normal start times on Wednesday, due to the weather's effect on driving conditions, according to a district announcement.
Bus service will run two hours later than normal.
Canceled all together are: morning school-age care, morning half-day kindergarten, early childhood special education and family education classes.
