Apple Valley's Coleman Makes All-State Girls Lacrosse Team

Senior defender Jenaye Coleman is the first Eagles player to make an All-State tournament team.

Apple Valley girls lacrosse senior Jenaye Coleman has been named to the All-State first team.

Coleman, a three-year starter for the Eagles, is the first Apple Valley girls lacrosse player to be named to an All-State team. She will be finishing her career as a two-time All-Conference recipient and a two-time state All-Star participant. 

Apple Valley finished the regular season 10-3 this year. The third-seeded Eagles defeated Rochester Mayo to begin Section 3 play on Monday. Their next game is Wednesday at Eastview High School against Rochester John Marshall/Lourdes. Gametime is set for 5 p.m.
