Apple Valley Freedom Days will hold a two-mile and five-mile fun run, with a start time of 8 a.m. Wednesday, July 4 at the Apple Valley Community Center.
Registration is from 6:30 to 7:45 a.m. Same-day registration is permitted.
Cost to register the day of the event is $14 to run, $22 to run and receive a T-shirt.

There will also be a half-pint half-mile race for kids, which will start at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
