Find a Summer Sports Camp Near Apple Valley and Rosemount

Having your kids participate in an organized summer camp program is certainly not a necessity, but there are plenty of benefits, both physical and emotional, to be realized.

Socialization, fitness, sportsmanship, teamwork and increased self-esteem are just a few. Perhaps your child would like to develop or expand a particular expertise, or simply hone their skills in preparation for school teams or clubs.

Ah, but where to begin the search?

The Apple Valley and Rosemount parks and recreation departments ar likely the best place to start. The departments host a number of summer programs, classes and lessons.

Clubs such as the YMCA, scouting groups, or even nearby swim, tennis or country clubs are viable options as well. Likely outside the school district, such clubs present opportunities for children to meet and mingle with a new set of peers. New friends are an added perk.
