It was a rough night for the football team on a windswept evening in , as the Eagles were beaten 39-6 on the Irish's Homecoming night.
The Eagles trailed by a touchdown just 24 seconds into the game and were down 13-0 before they took their first offensive snap en route to the 33-point loss.
Dom McDew-Stauffer recorded Apple Valley's lone touchdown in the second quarter, but the Eagles would score no more, trailing 33-6 at halftime en route to the defeat.

Apple Valley fell to 0-6 with the loss. The team returns home for the final two games of the regular season, hosting Bloomington Jefferson on Friday, Oct. 14 and Bloomington Kennedy on Wednesday, Oct. 19.
