The Eastview boys golf team won Monday's South Suburban Conference meet after shooting a team score of 294 at Valleywood Golf Course in Apple Valley.

Apple Valley High School's team tied for fifth on the day. Only eight strokes separated third place from eighth place in the team scores. 

Eastview senior Max Tylke was the medalist at the meet, with a 1-under score of 70. Rounding out Eastview's individual scores were Sam Christian with a 74, Erik Edsten with a 75 and Matt Foley with a 75.

For Apple Valley, Sean Lang had the team's low score with a 78. Matt Koziy had a 79, Seth Boris finished with an 81 and Hunter Hanlon had an 84.
