Toilet Races, Petting Zoo, Parade: More Events Added to Saturday at Leprechaun Days

There are just two days of activities left in Rosemount's annual summer festival.

Time for a final weekend of fun at Rosemount Leprechaun Days, which runs through this coming Sunday.

Check out Saturday's activities, as well as the rest of the remaining Leprechaun Days events, in the attached schedule.

There also have been two events added for Saturday:

  • St. Joseph Catholic Church will hold its first Irish (settlers) tailgate party, from 7:30 to 10 p.m. Saturday, which will include music, games and food for purchase, as well as a Commode Championship, a revival of the toilet bowl races that used to be held during Leprechaun Days. The sign up for the races begins at 7 p.m., and the races—where people use plungers to push themselves on wheeled toilets—begin at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
  • soccer alumni will play a game at 4 p.m. Saturday after the Rosemount Leprechaun Days Grand Parade, which starts at 11 a.m. The game will be played at the school’s practice fields.
