Apple Valley Man Accused of Peeping Sentenced to 10 Days in Jail, Banned from Darque Tan

Jon William Bogatzki, 30, was booked into the Dakota County Jail on Friday.

An Apple Valley man convicted of spying on a naked woman in a tanning booth is now under the watchful eye of the law. In November of 2012, Judge Tim Wermager sentenced Jon William Bogatzki, 30, to 10 days in the Dakota County Jail, a $300 fine and two years of probation. He is also forbidden from the premises of Darque Tan. Bogatzki was scheduled to begin his sentence on Friday. The case is almost two years old. The incident occurred on the afternoon of April 16, 2011. According to the original police report, the victim said she was lying unclothed in a tanning booth that afternoon when she heard a noise.
