Median Sales Price for Homes in Apple Valley-Rosemount Down Last Month

However, the median prices fell in Apple Valley and Rosemount. According to the MAAR’s local market update, the median sale price in Apple Valley in October was $155,000, which was $8,200—or 5 percent—lower than the same month last year.
