It is not to hard to catch speeders at 150th st W and Elm drive. It is down hill and goes from 45 to 40. Nobody ever slows down. Most people are not even aware the speed goes down. There is no reason for the speed to drop there. When the Apple Valley police are bored and need to pad the ticket book they go out there and see who they can catch.   more ›
