Apple Valley-Rosemount Patch needs a new banner photo, and we're looking for suggestions or pictures from the community.
Calling all amateur and professional photographers! In a few short weeks, Apple Valley-Rosemount Patch will be transitioning to a new website format—one that will have all kinds of benefits for our local readers and users. As part of that transition, I'm looking for one or more iconic Eagan images—photos of scenes, people or locations in the city that would be instantly recognizable for all our local readers. Post your high-quality images of the city to Patch by pressing the 'Upload' button on this page, or email them to me at david.henke@patch.com. Apple Valley, say hello to Rosemount. Rosemount, meet Apple Valley. To better serve both communities, Patch is merging the sites covering Rosemount and Apple Valley. Beginning Friday, you'll find all the news and information you need for both cities at http://applevalley-rosemount.patch.com. Patch's mission is to make life ridiculously easy in the towns it covers, and to do that, our sites are designed to reflect the way people work, shop and live. Occasionally, that means we merge sites in towns that have overlapping civic and commercial institutions. For example, Rosemount residents often shop in Apple Valley, and vice versa.
