A Rosemount man who held his ex-girlfriend hostage last year and threatened to kill himself in front of her faces new charges after he allegedly broke into her garage on April 30. Thomas James Rourke, 42, faces one felony count of third-degree burglary, one gross misdemeanor count of stalking and two other misdemeanor counts following the incident, which police say took place at the ex-girlfriend's home. If convicted on the burglary charge, Rourke could face a maximum of five years in prison and $10,000 in fines. A 22-year-old Savage man was charged with using stolen credit cards to make more than $8,500 in purchases.
On the second day of June, surveillance footage showed two men buying $4,215 worth of electronics from the Shakopee Walmart using a credit card that turned out to be stolen in a Rosemount garage burglary. Three days later, the same credit cards were used to buy $2,470 worth of electronics from Walmart and $1,804 of gift cards from a Savage convenience store. Now, 22-year-old Savage man, Palagor Obang Jobi, is being charged with two felony counts of financial transaction fraud, the Shakopee Valley News is reporting. Dakota County detectives investigating a separate case of credit card theft, identified Jobi from the Shakopee surveillance video and found in his apartment products iPads and other merchandise with stolen cards. Outhone Lee Sayachack, 24, allegedly busted into an Apple Valley house and made off with a 90-lb. safe, but left ample amounts of his own blood behind.
Police say a Burnsville man cut himself in the process of breaking into an Apple Valley home and left a substantial trail of blood all over the house, from the window to the end of the driveway. Outhone Lee Sayachack, 24, was booked Monday on one charge of second-degree burglary, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine. Authorities have been seeking Sayachack since the incident on July 5, 2012. Early that morning, police were called to an Apple Valley address on a report of a burglary. The homeowners said they returned home at about 3:30 a.m. and found the back window of home broken out and blood everywhere. Anthony Gilbert Bloodsaw, 38, is charged with burglary and trespassing after a resident allegedly discovered him going through belongings in the resident's garage.
An Apple Valley man faces criminal charges after he allegedly was caught rummaging through belongings in a garage that was not his. Anthony Gilbert Bloodsaw, 38, of Apple Valley, is charged with burglary and trespassing—a felony and misdemeanor, respectively—after a resident apparently saw Bloodsaw going through items in his garage. The charges hold a maximum penalty of five years, three months in prison and an $11,000 fine. According to the criminal complaint, Apple Valley police were called to the home on a report that someone had been rummaging in the garage. The homeowners' adult son said he'd gone out to shut the garage door for the evening and saw the man, and tried to catch him, but the man ran away, according to the complaint. …

Police say Nicholas William Hansen of Rosemount was caught trying to break into a car in an Eden Prairie garage last week.
Two men, one from Rosemount and one from Hopkins, are charged with breaking into an Eden Prairie garage last week and fleeing when the homeowner found one of them standing beside his car, holding a knife. Nicholas William Hansen, 30, of Rosemount, and Adam Michael Harris, 27, of Hopkins, each are charged with first-degree burglary, a felony with a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $35,000 fine. Harris and Hansen both remain in the Hennepin County Jail, Harris on a $5,000 bond and Hansen on a $25,000 bond. Omnibus hearings for both men are scheduled July 16 in Hennepin County District Court.
