Savage Developer to Bring Country Inn & Suites to Rosemount
KJ Walk, Inc. of Savage will soon begin work on Rosemount's first hotel—a 70 room Country Inn & Suites at the intersection of Highway 3 and County Road 42.
Last week, a Savage-based developer got the green light to move on a hotel development in Rosemount—the first for the south metro city, which has seen exponential growth since 2000. On Nov. 20, the Rosemount City Council approved a proposal from KJ Walk, Inc. to build a 70-room Country Inn & Suites on the northeast corner of the intersection between Highway 3 and County Road 42. The three-story hotel will include a swimming pool and other amenities. It will be coupled with a new SuperAmerica gas station and car wash.
