Rosemount's Expanded T.O.P.S. Pizza and Hoagies to Open in 2011

The Chouliaris family increases the number of homemade food on the menu and expands space at its original location for the fourth time.

As the population of Rosemount grows, T.O.P.S. Pizza and Hoagies, on Dodd Boulevard plans to grow along with it. Owner Markos Chouliaris, and his son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Joelle, are overseeing a 2,000-square-foot expansion set to open Jan. 2. The larger restaurant will feature a full bar, modern décor with a warmer color scheme and the same family values that Chouliaris and his wife, Soula, started the business with in 1990. T.O.P.S.–an acronym for The Original Philadelphia Style–began on the edge of Rosemount, then a town of only a few thousand people, with only four dining tables.
