All the concerts were scheduled from 6 to 9 p.m. on Fridays. Drawings to win bicycles and a guitar also were scheduled for each concert, according to the city's calendar, with food and drinks available for purchase. The Apple Valley Arts Foundation has scheduled three free winter concerts.
Apple Valley's annual summer concert series has a new sister. The Apple Valley Arts Foundation this year will sponsor free winter concerts, called the Frozen Apple Winter Concert Series, according to an announcement on its website. Each concert will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on a Saturday at the Apple Valley Community Center. Those lined up include: Harold Torrence and Michael Monroe also played during the summer concert series.
