I am a Kinship Coordinator for Kids 'n Kinship, a child mentoring private non-profit 501(c)3 organization serving children ages 5-16 living in Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan, Farmington, Lakeville, or Rosemount in need of additional positive role models. Kids 'n Kinship has been serving Dakota County for almost 40 years. I have been with them since 2008 and, as staff and a mentor myself, there is much I have learned about the field of mentoring, about children, and about relationships.
