I am a residential real estate agent licensed through Agent Referral Network and a member of The MN Real Estate Team (a team within RE/MAX Advantage Plus).  I show and list homes all over the twin cities area (and sometimes beyond) and work with clients from first time home-buyers to seasoned home buyers and sellers as well as investors.  My experience includes, but not limited to, hobby farms, new construction, short sales, foreclosures and more.  I have listed and sold homes from all south of the river communities to Chaska, Bloomington, Plymouth, White Bear Lake, Cottage Grove, Minneapolis, and St. Paul and surrounding areas.  I love listing and showing homes south of the river because it is where I live and where I am most knowledgeable, although I have become very knowledgeable about many other communities as well.

I am also a licensed attorney with a background in both large scale litigation and corporate contracts.  My clients benefit from my legal background related to reviewing and writing of real estate contracts as well as my general knowledge of the law (although I never represent my real estate clients as an attorney and always recommend consultation with an attorney who has expertise in the subject matter area they may need or want).

The real estate world has become very complicated with many contracts to sign and regulations to follow.  No two transactions are ever the same.  I truly believe that it is essential to have a real estate agent on the clients side doing all the behind the scenes work so the client can concentrate on their needs and wants regarding buying their dream home or selling their home and moving on to their future, or the investor can buy and/or sell and quickly get to closing without the hassle of worrying about "getting there."

I love to spend time getting to know my clients and to provide education regarding the process or to answer any questions they may have.  I rarely answer calls, emails, or texts when I am with my clients (emergencies only) because I strongly believe that "our time" is reserved solely for them.  Additionally, I am very available, 7 days a week, to respond to questions, requests, or concerns. 

I live in Apple Valley with my husband and 2 of my children.  My oldest daughter has moved out and is living with her significant other and their 1 year old son.  She is working full-time and in school to become a crime scene investigator.  My son is a junior at Univ. of N.D. majoring in commercial aviation.  He frequently "flies in" for lunch to gain flight hours.  My youngest daughter is a junior at Eastview High School.  She is very active in singer/songwriter activities, voice lessons, and guitar lessons.  My step-son is a freshman at Eastview.  He is our "science guy."
