Open for a little more than a year, the in Apple Valley is making itself known as a place to get a hearty breakfast, with a wide range of giant, fluffy omelets, an assortment of egg specialities and pancakes.
Owner Ahmed "Tony" Abdelmageed took a break during the morning rush to share the history of his restaurants and a few of his favorite omelets at the Valley Diner, as well as his love for his new home in Apple Valley.
