Highway 52 to Close Early Monday Morning

The Minnesota Department of Transportation will close the highway in both directions near the Flint Hills Refinery from 12 to 5 a.m.

Motorists near Rosemount will encounter a full closure and detour of both directions of Highway 52 on Monday, Oct. 29.

Both directions will close at 12 a.m. between County Road 42 and Highway 55 as crews move an oversized load across the highway.

Motorists are advised to follow the signed detour using Highway 55 and County Road 42 to bypass the closure.

The road is scheduled to reopen by 5 a.m. Monday, Oct 29.

LANE CLOSURE PLANNED NEAR CANNON FALLS

Motorists traveling Highway 52 north of Cannon Falls will encounter a lane closure and possible delays at County Road 88 on Monday, Oct. 29.

The right lane of both directions of Highway 52 will close at 9 a.m. as crews install a new advanced warning flasher at the railroad crossing.

All lanes are scheduled to reopen by 3 p.m. Oct. 31 (weather permitting)
