Hwy 3 and County Road 42 Lane Closures Beginning Monday

MnDOT is making pedestrian accessibility improvements in Rosemount and neighboring towns beginning Monday, April 16.

Motorists and pedestrians in the southeast metro area may experience delays as non-rush hour lane and sidewalk closures as a pedestrian accessibility project begins Monday, April 16.

The improvements will take place at the following locations:

  • Hwy 3 at County Road 30 (Diffley Road) in Eagan
  • Hwy 55 at General Sieben Drive in Hastings
  • Hwy 149 (Dodd Road) at Opperman Drive in Eagan
  • Hwy 3 at Connemara Trail in Eagan
  • Hwy 3 at County Road 42 in Rosemount

The projects will be completed by Friday, May 18.
