CherryBerry Branches Out—Rosemount Location in the Works

CherryBerry continues to blaze a path through the Twin Cities metro area and the rest of the nation, and Rosemount is next.

CherryBerry, a chain of self-serve yogurt bars, is planning to open a new location in a Rosemount stripmall.

The chain hopes to open up its fourth south metro yogurt bar in the shopping center close to County Road 42 and Chippendale Ave., which is currently headlined by Cub Foods. The Star Tribune reports that building inspections are already in progress.

At present, CherryBerry has 11 locations in the region, but by all accounts, the Oklahoma-based brand has taken Minnesota by storm in 2012.

According to a recent article in the Woodbury Bulletin, the franchise is going through a period of rapid expansion, with ambitious plans to open 50 stores in Minnesota in just 18 months. CherryBerry is already in Lakeville, Burnsville, Northfield, Shakopee and Eagan.
