Visions for Vacancies: Domino's Pizza Neighbor

The vacancies we've asked you to fill thus far on Apple Valley Patch have all been located near the center of Apple Valley, or down in the Cobblestone neighborhood.

Let's move north along Pilot Knob—about one block south of 140th Street West—to this former karate studio location that's been vacant for multiple years, according to neighbors (yet, you can still see the stars-and-stripes motif on the walls when you peer inside).

It's across the street from , and in the strip mall just south is Apple Valley Liquors and a . There's also plenty of residential in the surrounding blocks.
